Berlin: 2011 less animal experimentation Featured

According to an unpublished study, the number of animals used in experiments show a definite decline of 8,000 animals in 2011.

In the past year, 375,000 animals are used in animal testing. These are 8,000 fewer than in 2010. The study has been performed by the Regional Office for Health and Social Affairs Berlin (LaGeSo).
